Common questions

What does a boiler repair visit cost?

The first visit is from £114 inc. VAT and covers the first 60 minutes, including diagnosing the fault. Extra time is from £57 inc. VAT per half hour and parts are quoted before we fit them.

Are your engineers Gas Safe Registered?

Yes. All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe Registered engineers on our own team.

My boiler is showing a fault code. Can you help?

Include the code and boiler make in your enquiry. It helps the engineer arrive with likely parts and gives the office a better idea of the job.

What if the boiler can't be repaired?

If a repair isn't sensible, the engineer will explain why and we can quote for a replacement through our boiler installation service. There's no obligation to go ahead.

Do you cover my part of Edinburgh?

Serving Edinburgh and nearby areas from our Leith base. Add your postcode to the form and the office will confirm.
