Common questions

How much does the first visit cost?

Our first engineer visit is from £114 inc. VAT and covers the first 60 minutes on site. Additional time is charged from £57 inc. VAT per half hour. Any parts are quoted before we fit them.

What sort of repairs do you take on?

Leaks, taps, toilets, showers, radiators, valves, pipework, hot water problems and heating faults in domestic properties across Edinburgh.

Do you charge to come out and look?

There is no separate call-out fee on top of the visit price. The first visit, from £114 inc. VAT, covers the engineer attending, diagnosing the fault and carrying out what can be completed in the first 60 minutes.

Who actually turns up?

One of our own engineers. Aspire works with an in-house team rather than subcontractors, so the person at your door works for us.

When will I hear back after sending an enquiry?

Our office team in Leith picks up enquiries during office hours. Office staff aim to respond within one working day.
