Common questions

How much is a boiler service?

Basic from £114 inc. VAT, Enhanced from £142 inc. VAT, Premium from £172.50 inc. VAT. Lower rates apply if Aspire installed your boiler. The office confirms the exact price before booking.

What's included in a Basic service?

A Gas Safe Registered engineer checks the appliance operation and safety, carries out the manufacturer-appropriate checks for the tier booked, and leaves you with a record of the service.

What's the difference between Basic, Enhanced and Premium?

The tiers differ in how much of the appliance is stripped down, cleaned and tested. The office will talk you through which tier suits your boiler and its history.

Why is it cheaper if Aspire installed the boiler?

We already hold the installation history and commissioning details for those appliances, which makes the service quicker, so the price is lower.

How often should a boiler be serviced?

Most manufacturers ask for an annual service to keep the warranty valid. Office staff aim to respond within one working day.
